As a service provider, our mission is to select, assemble, and coordinate these solutions to simplify your stay. We act as a logistical intermediary between you and the various suppliers (caterers, stationers, rental companies).
For physical items (food, supplies, equipment), we operate on a disbursement basis: we advance the purchase costs on your behalf to the supplier. These costs are reinvoiced to you at the exact same price, while our fee covers the logistics and coordination service.
Technical liability (food quality, equipment compliance, or toy safety) rests solely with the end manufacturers or suppliers. In case of any issue, we act as your liaison to find a swift resolution with them.
To ensure your peace of mind, all our food packs (cold dinners, breakfasts) are delivered and set up prior to your arrival. This way, everything you need is ready as soon as you step inside, ensuring zero interruptions during your work sessions or family time.
The equipment is your responsibility throughout the rental period. In the event of loss or major damage, replacement fees may apply according to the supplier’s terms and conditions.
